What You Will Need
- Your 11-digit meter number — numbers only, no spaces or dashes. Find this on your meter or receipt.
- Your full name as registered with PNG Power.
- Your PNG mobile number (e.g. 71234567).
- Payment details if available — amount, date, and method.
- A photo or PDF of your payment receipt (optional but recommended). Accepted: JPG, PNG, or PDF. Max size: 10 MB.
Important: If you have a 7-digit meter, you cannot register here. Please use the Meter Replacement page instead.
Already Submitted a Claim?
Each meter number can only have one active claim at a time. If you have already submitted a claim, do not submit again — your claim is being processed.
- •To check your claim status and any notes you have submitted, go to the Status Check page.
- •If you have additional information or a query about your existing claim, use the Claim Note option — do not resubmit.
Your reference number will be shown immediately after submission. Keep it safe for your records.
