Submit a Claim Note

Add information or ask a query about your existing claim.

Before You Begin

  • This is for customers who have already submitted a claim and need to add information or ask a query.
  • This is not a new claim. Your existing claim will not be affected.
  • You will need: your Claim Reference Number, your Meter Number, and your registered Phone Number.
  • After submitting, you will receive a Note Reference Number. Keep it for your records.
  • To see the status of your note and any response from our team, go to the Status Check page and enter your Claim Reference Number, Meter Number, and Phone Number.
