Check Token Status

Enter your meter number, mobile number, and reference number to check your claim.

How to Check Your Status

  1. Enter your 11-digit meter number (numbers only, no spaces).
  2. Enter the mobile number you used when registering.
  3. Enter your reference number (e.g. REF-XXXXXX). It is not case-sensitive.

Checking Your Claim Notes

If you have submitted a Claim Note (a query or additional information about your claim), you can check for responses on this same page.

  1. Enter the same meter number, mobile number, and reference number used for your claim.
  2. Click Check Status — your token status and any claim notes will appear together.
  3. Look for the Your Queries & Notes section to see your notes and any team responses.

Need to submit a new note? Use the Submit a Claim Note page. Do not resubmit a new claim.
