Register Your Claim
Click "Register Your Claim" above and fill in your details — your meter number, full name, and mobile number.
You need your 11-digit meter number (numbers only, no spaces or dashes).
Attach Your Proof
Upload a photo or PDF of your payment receipt. This helps our team verify your payment faster.
Accepted: JPG, PNG, or PDF. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
Save Your Reference Number
After submitting, you will receive a reference number (e.g. REF-XXXXXX). Write it down or take a screenshot — you need it later.
Keep your reference number safe. Do not share it with anyone.
Wait for Review
PNG Power's team will review your claim and match it against payment records. This may take some time — please be patient.
Check Your Token Status
Come back and click "Check Token Status". Enter your meter number, mobile number, and reference number. When your status shows "Token Ready", you can retrieve it.
You need all three: meter number, mobile number, and reference number.
Retrieve & Enter Your Token
Click "Reveal My Token" and re-enter your details to verify who you are. You will see a 20-digit token number. Enter this into your meter keypad exactly as shown — do not skip any digits.
Your token is 20 digits. Type every digit carefully into your meter.
For assistance at any step, contact PNG Power customer support. Reference numbers are issued immediately upon registration.
Do you have a 7-digit meter?
PNG Power is replacing all 7-digit (CTS) meters with new 11-digit (STS) meters free of charge. Follow these steps:
Register for Meter Replacement
Click "Register for Meter Replacement" below and fill in your details, including your 7-digit meter number.
Wait for Contact
PNG Power's technical team will contact you using the phone number you provided to arrange a free meter replacement.
Get Your New Meter
A technician will visit your location and install your new 11-digit meter at no charge to you.
